French, it's like alien language to me ): but I hope I get it right and that it won't pull my CAP down! Every time I see something that I THINK I know in my exercise my heart will leap. But more often than not, I don't know how to do it!
Today was spent printing notes, about seventy plus pages I think. More to come. I think university is all about reading!
Siloso Beach Resort was on Friday and it didn't exactly live up to its hype. The only saving grace was the company - Jo and Ele! (: it was more of a shop-eat-shop-eat thing for us! Bought clothes as usual. Then it was Van and Rina's birthday celebration at Mind Cafe! Fun games, thoroughly enjoyed myself! And the food was yummy (: YAYNESS.

The way Man U is playing now, they will be fighting relegation instead of fighting to defend their championship SERIOUSLY!

Maybe it's the night but I'm getting extremely apprehensive about going to tutorials alone ): hmm but there'd definitely be one tutorial that I will attend alone - Theories of Communication and New Media. Why the fuck I chose to take this module I don't know why. Keh kiang la ): and then I'd have to scout for strangers (who will most probably be Year 2 because it's a level 2 course DUH) to do projects with. Bless me please, all deities!
Had my first French lecture today and although the teacher was extremely nice and humorous, French looks quite tough but at least every one is on equal footing. OH OH and my French teacher pronounced my name correctly!! I was so excited about that HAHA.
I'm pigging out on frutips in the middle of the night. CAVITIES ALERT!
Ate a quick lunch with Gen this afternoon after school(a grand total of 1 hour of lessons, what a major waste of time!!) and god, it was great to see a familiar and uber friendly face :D AND AND it was the first day I wore my contact lens in a month! Cheer with me, my eyes have healed! Sort of la. Safe for lens wear anyway (: feels weird actually. MAYBE I'M ACTUALLY A TRUE GEEK AT HEART!
EH I hate Window Vista did I tell anyone? YES I REALLY DO!! RAHHHHH. My photos can't go the way I want them!
At least it's Saturday tmr! BOYFRIEND TIME (: poor him has been marching non stop HAHA. Oh and I'm working at Dempsey tmr night! I hope I'd know the stuff man. It's been loooong.

Words are inadequate really. I'm sorry.
He hasn't really gone away; it's just that you cant see him anymore. But you know he'll always be with you and that he has always been proud of you. I know you love him and you wished you've told him this. Then again, I'm sure he knows it even without you telling him, he knows that you love him, as much as he loves you. I wish I had the opportunity to spend time with him too, he was that nice a uncle, that great a man.
Keep him inside your heart and on the day you attain your 1st class honours, you know we wont be the only ones smiling. He'll be too.

So the FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL haha. Not too bad I guess, I expected worse seriously!
Two lectures in the morning - Econs and CNM. Thank god I found Arti before the Econs lecture else I'd die sitting alone for 4 hours straight! THANKS ARTI!! (: everybody was looking at everybody, trying to see if they knew anybody. Hahaha. I was one of them! The Econs lecturer was way too boring but the content taught was pretty much what we covered in JC. What, they gave us a crash course of our entire JC Economics syllabus in one hour and forty five minutes? Does this mean I'd do badly for this module?!! I hope not ):
The CNM lecture was really quite interesting, played some stupid scavenger hunt thing. This module looks really high technology and full of IT. Woah I don't know if I'm really for that la. Psychology looks so much more interesting! Hmmmm.
Went for soccer training and GOSH the ppl there are for the serious stuff. COMPETITIVE SPORT EH. Most of the freshies are skilled! Nobody laughed much at all, except for Van and I. But it was quite fun nonetheless! My first exercise since erm the last PE lesson? I could still keep up luckily but there was much panting haha. And my legs are aching now! Hmm think I'd go back even though I suck and missed many many balls HAHAHA. Oh well not gunning for the team anyway. I miss the time I played for AJ lots and lots ): that was so damn bloody fun la!
Bedtime soon! Another CNM lecture at 8 freaking am tmr! Hoping for a better tmr (:

I'm home alone now. There's nothing to do and I'm so bored out of my wits. So here I am, hoping to keep myself occupied for at least while. (Gosh this thing corrects my English!!)
I'm starting school tmr ): apprehensive is the word right now. RAHH I can totally forsee myself sitting by myself in lectures but oh well should have expected it when I didn't sign up for O week haha.
Heh photos are quite rare this week I don't know why. Maybe it's because of the specs but having worn it for like three weeks, I'm getting used to it already. I JUST WANT MY EYES TO HEAL! I have the most problematic pair of eyes ever ):
Monday was spent celebrating La and Gen's birthday and at Fish and Co the crew there did a birthday cheer(?) complete with the birthday girls standing on chairs holding sparklers and wearing some cute hats. Haha I like our St Nicks birthday song (:
Tuesday.. I went to Haji Lane with Gen! Haha the heat was sweltering but going out with Gen always put me in a good mood (: there are so many pretty shops down there and it's quite a change from the normal shopping malls.
I have STM and hence I cant remember what happened on Wednesday (I think I was being boring again and stayed at home). OH I went to pick Chee Lim up from CCK. Bloody long bus ride during the peak hour.
I was shopping on Thursday with Jo and Ele!! Haha the two of them almost bought the entire town down. I was so tired at the end of that day that I keep falling asleep at the boyfriend's place.
I can't remember again what happened on Friday but yesterday I just kept eating and eating with my pig of a boyfriend. HAHAHA. A whole table full of dim sum and McDonald's in the middle of the night, with much snacking in the middle. I found iPods going at very low price (: CREATIVE SUCKS YO.
This is an utterly long and boring post that no one will bother to read but ack I'm really bored! I don't think many ppl read my blog anyway!!

Yesterday (meaning Friday 3 Aug haha) was just a BAD BAD day for Jo and I, but being the optimists we ever are we were not down at all! Haha. Let's see how I should start going about this...
1) CORS drove me nuts even before I stepped out of the house! But I guess all is well now because I got four out of the five modules I bid for. (Is there such a word as bidded?)
2) We shopped around so much but we couldn't find anything to buy! We consider that bad luck! Ended up splurging on the gold/beige havaianas that I've always wanted (: but I took ages to decide on which size I should get becasue I'm like in between sizes? The NUM sales guys didnt exactly make things easier for me either! One said it will loosen abit and the other said it will shrink. It will loosen RIGHT?
3) There was no freaking florists in town and we finally found one in Paragon after I think Astoria sounds like some florist HAHAHA.
4) We were running really late for Ele's concert and the queue for cab was snake long swear.
In the cab,
"I think we should msg Ele and ask her to wait for us!!"
"HAHAHAHAHA!"
Although we reached fifteen minutes late we reached just in time for the concert! Haha aside from all her tugging at her costumes Ele the owl was really graceful and lyrical! Like WOAH Ele! And the two leads were so cute! They resembled super flexible dolls! Hee.
5) After the concert we decided to go AMK central to eat mang guo ping (actually I also don't know if the coffee shop has but that's beside the point). We waited bloody long for the bus because we let one 132 go. The next 132 that came along reeked of like burnt rubber. AND THEN IT BROKE DOWN AT THE NEXT STOP! TAMADE CAN!
Look at where we got stranded...!!!
And guess who we bumped into on the next 132?
In the end we stood outside Cheers drinking watermelon freeze looking like delinquents! Hahaha.
Last day at work today was alright I guess. Let's just put it this way: the good things cancelled out the bad things. I'm just glad I ended this stint on a happy note! No more Sentosa for me in the near future of I'd lose more faith in Mankind!

I'm still up, thinking about the bloody fucking CORS. AAAH why did NUS invent this kind of weird thing! It's stressing me up like hell but oh well. I'm like done with it already. Just anyhow whack la HAHAHA.
