It was my Mama's birthday yesterday :D my brother and I bought her a cake from The Patissier (:

I spent the entire weekend watching My Girl (the DVD edition) oh my gosh I think I've really developed a thing or two for Korean serials :/ oh well but there really isnt much to do at home + I was keeping my mum company by doing so :D watching the serials sometimes make me want to vist Korea again heh!

Okay the wind has blown everything away, all's well now.

Yesterday was the 1st time in years that I did not celebrate Valentine's Day. Back in St. Nicks', Valentine's Day was pretty much a students-self-declared holiday, with flowers/tealight candles/candies/chocolates/letters/soft toys/balloons jostling for whatever little space that's left on the desks.
Those were the happy happy days aye (: and I actually looked forward to it vey much.
About yesterday, I felt... liberated. That I no longer am obliged with all the gifts exchanging with people I'm not really close to and most importantly, I'm just not just another girl carrying pre-ordered bouquets walking down Orchard Road. I'm special, so there (:
Been bumming around at home when I'm not helping my Dad with his business or Mum with her chores or going for my driving lessons. Driving lessons are pretty much the most stressful thing that has happened to me thus far :(

happy affair! Havent seen them in eons and all... I missed them so! Come again next year okay!

It's been a tough and heartbreaking week. My aunt left us last Saturday, my dog on Tuesday and one of the guys involved in the Old Upper Thomson Road accident who died happened to be my brother's close friend. It's almost too much to grapple with you know.
Too much.
Shopping for CNY clothes tomorrow sigh.
