"Let's go to the Metropolitan place; I'll buy you a watch."(:I seriously dont know whether I like CNY or not: my palms really hurt from wringing the cloth too many times. I must have wrung my flesh together with the cloth I supposed. At least I think haha, I've a good idea of how my house should be like next time: if there's no space to keep something, just throw it out. And there must be lots of hidden storage space. And while mirrors/glass will give the whole place an airy feel or the illusion that the room's big, cleaning will be a total gigantic nightmare. Soooo, no glass/mirrors unlessssssssssss.....
On the other hand, CNY means no school hurray :D week 2 of semester 2 is coming to an end and I'm already trying to catch up with the work. I only have myself to blame. After all, I havent really made a conscious effort to start revision which's bad, considering how punishing my exam schedule's like come April. And this sem, alot of modules require participation in the IVLE forum and I absoultely hate it because some people are just there for, well, the sake of being there. They ask freaking stupid questions or give lengthy (who will bother to read those anyway) opinions about an extremely boring topic or worse, both. Sigh, much as I dislike this, I guess I'll have to do the same too for that 10% (or 15% or 20%) of the module grade. Suckkkkkkkkks.
And another happy thing about CNY, I really like the whole atmosphere, the noisy and red crowd and family gatherings. Though I'm not close to my paternal cousins at all and I dont have that many maternal cousins, I still like that kind of feeling. I know, I must be getting old ):
Other than these, things have been looking up for me after a really exhausting and harrowing few weeks (: And I just realised I really like the movie Australia very much! Maybe it's just Hugh Jackman hahaha :D

enough to fly with you.Hello, I'm here because Qiu asked me to (: I know I havent been coming here much but that's because some things are better left un-told to the entire world so I've taken to writing in my Black List. Speaking of which, hurray I've come to the last page of the book! I know, it's like, finally I'm done with it (: but I dont want to close this blog either; it holds too much memories for both Qiu and I - all the silly things we've said and done since 2003. Trust me, the way we talked and typed then was hedious!!
I guess I'll always remember 2008 as a year with a not so happy ending. And I sincerely hope that 2009 will be better. Let's see. I'm on my way to recovering from my long term skin problem, my bidding of modules' screwed to Mars and back, my phone died on me this morning, my iPod has been behaving strangely too and hmmm I wonder if these qualify as a good start to the year or not. School starts 12 Jan and my first night tuition starts on Wednesady - I hope Nikki and I are both up to it. I'm kind of nervous because her parents will be around this time round.
Caught Cinderella the musical the other day at the Esplanade theatre. Didnt go there with high hopes of it being a good show because other than Lea Salonga, the rest of the cast's relatively unknown, to us at least. And dj paid like about $300 in total for the seats? It had better be good! And it was. The set was breathtakingly beautiful (: and the cast didnt disappoint.
Driving later and I shall continue to pack my room. My new bed's coming on Wednesday! I've been sleeping on the floor for 3 days now and it's not too bad! I dont know if it's because of the medicine that induces drowsiness and hence I dont feel a damn thing or what but the floor's quite comfy (: but but but I cant wait for my bed to come!
Last week before school starts. You know what, this bidding thing has made me think twice about my future. Maybe I should just settle for teaching instead and screw the system altogether. Urgh. I dont want school to start. And I hate having to pay adult fare. Hurmph.
